You need to be there or you’d be somewhere else. And if you don’t need to be there, then get off the goddamn stage. And by “need” I don’t mean because you couldn’t get booked somewhere “better” that night or because you have this new bit you’re trying to work out. I mean need like in your heart and soul and body, like you need air and love and your iPhone.
